I have recently achieved a BA (hons) degree in Creative Music Technology. I have had industry training in Pro Tools up to 210 level and I am a Apple Certified Pro User of Logic 7. After leaving school when I was 16 I travelled to Australia where I lived and studied for two years. I embarked on a music performance course at the Southbank Institute of TAFE in Brisbane Queensland. This was my first taste of working with music production. Since then I have worked with artists such as Jon Chapman, (live and Studio) Chav Diaspora (studio, electric guitar) and Matt Sheridan (studio, electric guitar) I also produces many of my own songs in my home studio.

During the past 5 years I have worked on a free-lance basis on countless live events and installations, taking on all roles, from performer to A/V technician, including lighting operator, rigger and events organizer. In an technical role I have set-up a range of PA systems from large rigs for live music to smaller systems including surround sound systems used for theatre performances, for instance I have worked on several complex ‘Intermedia’ performances involving complex projection situations such as the use of surround video, I have been using software such as Isadora to achieve this with its abilities to provide multiple independently manipulated video outputs. These performances have also required demanding audio configurations such as 7.2 surround sound, live manipulated audio and playback. I have also partaken in FOH sound, lighting, visual engineering.
