I have a background in Music, Coaching, Management, Research, Development and Administration.

As a co-writer with Simon Edwards of the mini guide ‘Be Connected, Stay Connected’ (re. Holistic Personal Management) we were commended by The Chairman of Governors at The London Business School in 2007.

I'm an award-winning Musician and Administrator and recognised Researcher and Assistant for various. Achievements include researching for an Author who is also the Channel 4 stress coach, GMTV website coach and a Personal Development Coach on Tricia (ITV). I have also conducted research for the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, ITV, Politicians, The Home Office, House of Lords, Mayor of London and The Oprah Winfrey Show. The areas of research that I specialise in collating and conducting - include wellbeing, performance (including music performance), weight loss, stress and anger management.

My qualifications include Music Performance, Coaching, Stress Management, Basic Management, Financial Record Keeping and Administration - and I'm a Member of The Musicians Union, Association For Coaching and British Academy of Songwriters and Composers. I'm also a member of the Equalities Sub-Committee based at The Musicians Union, CRB checked and insured.

I specialise:

- in providing MUSIC TUITION in the following areas: Music Performance (for musicians and vocalists - all levels) and Violin (for beginners to Grade 3)

- in providing COACHING in: Development (including Artist, Career, Creative and Talent Development), Holistic and Personal Management (suitable for most including Musicians, Songwriters, Lyrics, Engineers, Producers, DJs etc.)

- in providing ASSISTANCE & SUPPORT (sometimes with a team) - including Lyrics, Violin, Vocals, Songwriting, Arrangements, Management, Development and Co-production.

- as a RESEARCHER COACH - who provides Coaching (also through Music when requested) that supports clients who are keen to improve income, performance and wellbeing (including motivation, stress management, creativity, spirituality and willpower). This service is also able to assist clients who require support with addiction.

- as an ASSISTANT and ADMINISTRATOR - which includes Office Management, Reception duties, Personal Assistance, Administration, Transcribing, Data Inputting, Secretarial services (including CVs, Biogs, Application Forms and Cover letters) and providing Feedback and sharing Research that supports clients.

-Personal and Editorial Assistant, Administrator and Researcher for various Heads of Department at Channel 4 (at least 16) for nine months - including the Head of Film 4, 4Music and Group Finance (who was also the Treasurer of Amnesty International), Tax Manager, Daytime and Factual Entertainment (i.e. Richard & Judy, Jamie Oliver and Countdown). I also won an award for my services to Channel 4 over this period.
-Taught, trained and coached various musicians from classical musicians to rock, with a very high number gaining 'distinction' in their grade examinations;

-Leader of The Coventry Youth Orchestra (1981-1982);
-Personal Assistant to Head of Tax and Accounting (2003-2007); all in all I worked for almost a decade at The British Land Company Plc – who within that period joined the FTSE 100 and were the largest property company (by Assets) in Europe. I was also a member of the British Land Customer Satisfaction Committee;
