Throughout my career so far I have worked for a wide spectrum of industries from interactive technologies, creative arts to public health & education, advertising and charities, as well as frequently assisting in the marketing, events and online promotion for a London Club Night, including the online community forum management for a BAFTA award winning company. I have worked alongside all levels of management directly and indirectly and pride myself in being open and able to communicate easily and efficiently too just about anybody.

A varied and challenging role in a ever growing and fast changing environment; working as Project Support to the NHS Directs ‘Strategic Development Programme (SDP)’. The SDP’s overall aim, with the support of Ernst & Young, is to take the NHS Direct from being a good organisation to being a great one! Responsibilities; support and diary management to key members of the program and E&Y where necessary; coordinating meetings, events and multi day workshops both internally and externally, and organising the logistics of large-scale three day Executive strategy events consisting of venue research and booking, liaising with venue staff, arranging hotel and travel and preparation and collation of presentation packs. Events Assistance included helping to develop and deliver a series of National road shows at regional NHS Direct locations, acting as first point of contact for all event related enquiries, assisting with all aspects of planning and logistics, arranging speakers, facilitators and venues, ensuring smooth delivery of the event and gathering and responding to feedback. Other tasks include; looking after budgets accounts, keeping our finance department up to date with all expenditures.

A fast paced role in one of Britain’s leading clothing brands. Duties included processing all purchase orders, liaising with relevant departments to ensure All Saints product is manufactured to the highest quality and finish. Working with production coordinators, designers, and third party suppliers. Liaising closely with the buying & merchandising department to ensure that all orders are placed as & when requested. Assisting the Production coordinators to ensure they have the correct information to enable them to provide clear & concise reports to the Head of Production detailing the status of each style & any other reports reasonably required. Assisting with racking & chasing samples prior to the buy so that all the relevant samples are able to be presentable for the buy.

A diverse role in a small internationally renowned, BAFTA award winning creative technology company. Responsibilities and experience include financial administration, office management, credit control, disaster recovery, health and safety monitoring and project management support.
Particular project management responsibility included event organisation and client liaison with the gallery and museum sector including the Tate Britain, the Arts Council (Creative Partnerships) and Sodarace, a partnership project with Queen Mary, University of London. I was also the lead moderator for Sodaplay, an international on-line creative community of 200,000 registered users.
